Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 May 2026
Zinga Procure is operated by Aspire Digital Group Pty Ltd (“Zinga”, “we”, “us”). We are committed to protecting your personal information and handling it in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the 13 Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Account & identity — your name, business name, email, phone number and role, provided when you or your administrator create an account (authentication is handled via Aspire Hub SSO).
- Business records — orders, invoices, payment instructions, supplier and customer details, inventory and the documents you upload.
- Technical data — log data, device and browser information, and essential cookies needed to keep you signed in.
- Verification data — for suppliers, ABN and identity details used to verify your business before you can transact.
2. How we use your information
We use personal information to provide and operate the platform — processing orders and payments, reconciling invoices, sending transactional notifications, verifying businesses, providing support, meeting our legal obligations, and improving the service. We only use it for the purposes for which it was collected, or a directly related purpose you would reasonably expect.
3. Disclosure to third parties
We disclose information only as needed to run the service: to the venue or supplier you transact with, and to service providers acting on our behalf — including payment processors, our accounting integration, cloud hosting and storage, and email/SMS delivery. We require these providers to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Overseas disclosure
Some of our service providers may store or process data outside Australia. Where this occurs we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles your information consistently with the APPs.
5. Security & retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including encryption in transit, role-based access controls and audit logging. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, then de-identify or securely delete it.
6. Accessing and correcting your information
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by contacting us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable period. If we decline a request we will tell you why.
7. Complaints
If you believe we have breached the APPs, contact us first and we will investigate. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
